Fountain Village concept 2 - is a convenient shopping centre to the eastern side of Pretoria in the Grootfontein area, this centre is the closest shopping node of the Grootfontein area, it consists of a filling station, retail and KFC drive-thru, the GBA is 6136sqm. I have done the drawings from inception to design development, Site Development submission for council approvals and QS costing (BOQ). R120m Project cost.
