This is a project I did for Pattichides and Partners it's an upmarket free standing dwelling complex which consists of 6 dwellings on a section title scheme in the heart of Waterkloof, Pretoria. These dwellings varies from 420sqm to 470sqm. R120m Project cost.

Amber Acres is a sectional title residential development in Montana, Pretoria, it consists of 300 apartments and varies from 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments with a clubhouse and pool with BBQ facilities. R145m Project cost.
Sunset Boulevard
Sunset Boulevard is a sectional title residential development in Ben Fleur, Witbank, it consists of 259 3 bed duplexes with a body corporate office. R180m Project cost.

Swedish Ambassador Residence - Pretoria
The house was designed by Anders Landström at Landström Architects. Interior designers were Jonas Bohlin and Jacob Hertzell at Jonas Bohlin Architects. The landscape was designed by Bengt Isling at Nyréns Architects.
