Silverstream is a suburb on the eastern side of Pretoria, this convenient centre was to serve the residents of Silverlakes and Equestria area, the centre consists of retail and drive-thru's, the GBA is 18573sqm. R200m Project cost.
On the opposite side of Fountain Village is a mini-factory development which was all part of the Site Development submission, I have done inception to design development for Site Development submission, the GBA is 4601sqm.
This small office development consists of 3 floors, it's in Edenvale, Johannesburg, the developer wanted to accommodate small businesses in the surrounding area of Edenvale, the GBA IS 1864sqm.
This development was for the purpose of town planning and re-zoning, consists of a convenient shopping centre, filling station, residential, primary school and private college.
I did this concept on behalf of Pattichides & Partners, the client owns a couple of night clubs and wanted to build a new concept of a beach club at the Fourways Mall in Johannesburg to draw young professionals where events can be held as well as car promotions and music bands.
I was the architect and principal agent of this new convenient shopping centre from inception to close out. Nestled in the suburb of Sinoville, City of Tshwane, Sinoville Corner is surrounded with established residential areas that are home to thousands of families. The over 5000 sqm of retail area, a centrally located anchor and two well established restaurant brands at both ends linked with covered walkways, ensures a continuous stream of walk-in and destination focused customers to over 20 shops. https://sinovillecorner.co.za/
Ben Fleur Boulevard is a convenience shopping center located just off the N4 & N12 highway in eMalahleni. I was the architect from inception to close out, the GBA is 17163sqm. R150m Project cost.
